We are looking for the city survey office and the office of the expert committee of the state capital of Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied at 01.06.2025 and indefinitely. The service spectrum of the real estate market analysis and valuation department includes the creation of transport value assessments, the analysis and provision of data on the real estate market Stuttgart and the management of the review committee. The results are published, among others, in market reports, land benchmark cards and a dashboard, which are used by a broad public and serve as a basis for decision-making for market participants on the Stuttgart real estate market.

They conduct a field of expertise with 13 employees and take over the representation of the department management You create analyses, information and reports on the Stuttgart property market They are responsible for optimizing data storage and visualization as well as the evaluation models for the purchase price collection Your tasks include the further development of the publications and services of the property They help to develop new data sources to optimize analytical capacity They advise clients from the real estate sector and work in the review committee

a successfully completed appropriate university degree with focus on data analysis or real estate assessment (diploma or master, e.g. in political and social sciences, surveying, real estate management) Knowledge and practical experience in the field of data analysis and the application of mathematical-statistical procedures good knowledge and experience with a common statistics software (preferably SPSS or R) Knowledge of the methods of value determination is advantageous mastering the German language with very good communication skills and clear expressiveness in word and writing
