Responsibility for technical and infrastructure property management in assigned real estate Supplier assessment, complaint management and advice of users Coordination and control of all measures in the object Retrieval, monitoring and acceptance of services by foreign companies and internal employees Ensuring the quality of the object master data for technology and infrastructure Creation of customer and supplier reports, e.g. waste balances, cost control, energy consumption Control of personnel (housemasters, reception staff) and foreign companies management Implementation of environmental and energy management measures Enforcement of warranty claims

Completed (FH) degree or professional training (e.g. specialist) or multi-year relevant professional experience Knowledge and practical experience in facility management (FM) and real estate management Secure handling of SAP/R3, MS Office and industry-specific software Basic electrical engineering as a prerequisite for switching capability for medium-voltage systems Reliability, accuracy and high readiness Customer and service orientation as well as enforcement Own-responsible, structured operation Organisational skills, flexibility and safe occurrence Personal mobility and driving licence Class B
