Accompanying and supporting one or more agile teams in everyday work and using agile methods and principles Promoting team building and sustainable cooperation within the teams Moderation and control of the continuous improvement process by reflection, retrospectives and the development of new ideas and impulses Close and trusted cooperation with Product Owner to ensure an effective and targeted work process

Completed studies in the field of computer science, information technology, business management or comparable qualification through professional experience Experience in software development or IT project management Multiannual experience in agile working environments, preferably in roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach Good understanding of software development processes Advanced certifications in Scrum and agile methods, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), are of advantage
