You co-ordinate projects, recognize potentials, bring people together and create a real We feeling in the department. Your tasks You coordinate the day-to-day business and distribute projects and tasks meaningfully. You know who has competences – and you use your people specifically according to their strengths. You strengthen the team's cohesion, promote an open co-existence and create a real sense of ours. You keep an overview of different machine types, ongoing revisions and repairs. You support technical questions and ensure that quality standards are complied with. You bring your own ideas to further develop processes. You recognize potentials, promote individual strengths and plan appropriate development measures. You opt for workflows and make sure projects run efficiently. You keep the threads in your hands when it comes to planning, priorities and agreements with other areas. You bring fresh wind into structures that can be improved.

Your profile Technical training or comparable qualification Ideally first experience in leadership or guidance of teams Structured, organised and solution-oriented mode of operation Empathic, communicative and safe in dealing with different personalities, with a view to development potential enthusiasm for technology – and for the people who work with it Joy in taking responsibility and actively shaping Ability to take, motivate and merge a team appreciation for clear communication and respectful cooperation
