This is expected

• Processing, evaluation and assessment of cases of objections and complaints by social law
• Processing of all performances suitable for complex care management
• Coordination and cost/quality management for selected health and care insurance services, including:
• Refund entitlements to sickness insurance and other costs
• Processing of cases for the health care office and acting as contact persons
• Participation in projects of the Care business field

This will bring you with

(m/w/d) or comparable training

• Multiannual professional experience in nursing insurance of a health insurance company
• Very good knowledge in the right to benefit and administrative procedures of the statutory nursing insurance
• Good knowledge of statutory health insurance law
• Embossed customer and service orientation, communication strength
• independent, structured and cost-conscious operation
• Secure application of MS Office programs
