Branch Manager Vehicle Testing (m/f/d)

General responsibility for the establishment (organisation, quality, economy, staff) Leadership & development of the field test engineers and the team at the test station incl. Backoffice Ensuring the legal implementation of high-level activities and internal standards Capacity and deployment planning (outside service & station), process optimization and efficient management of the daily business Customer support & development of cooperations (e.g. car houses, fleet operators, workshops) Quality management: audits, documentation, measures management, continuous improvement Close cooperation with the management

You have completed engineering studies (engineering, automotive engineering, vehicle engineering / vehicle construction, electrical engineering or industrial engineering) or a comparable training You have completed the training as a test engineer and have been working in motor vehicles for several years Ideally, you are aASmT, AAS, UBTD or UBS and already have first experiences in the area of damage and value assessments. You have leadership experience, be it from a team leader roll or the line of a testing station or Subsidiary / Service Center. Their personality distinguishes a pronounced customer and service orientation and a structured, reliable and consistent way of working You have a high operational readiness, loadability and can communicate safely with customers and employees
