In this varied position, Sales Assistant (m/w/d) supports our global business development with a special geographical focus on the markets in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Keep your back at the Back Office's Head of Business Development and accompany exciting international projects. You are the central interface for our activities in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. This includes the acceptance and qualified initial processing of incoming customer requests as well as active support in the creation of offers. In addition, you are actively involved in the different sales projects. When communicating with our international clients, you can help by phone and email and represent the Head of Business Development in the absence of administrative matters. Visits to customers and partners prepare professionally and are responsible for the care of customers on site. You support the processing and coordination of public tenders and prepare data and content graphically as well as content in presentations. You take over general assistance tasks, including efficient appointment coordination.

A completed study of economics or comparable commercial training. Ideally, first professional experience in international sales or in a comparable assistance function. Pronounced IT affinity and secure handling of Google Workspace as well as modern AI tools (e.g. Gemini). Ideally knowledge of SAP. Negotiating communication skills in German and English (mind. C1).
