Implementation of export control tests according to German, EU and US law incl. Technology transfers and applications and monitoring of permits Classification of goods, technologies and products and Classification of goods in Customs Tariff (incl. Determination of origin and preferences of goods including Supplier declarations and calculations Customs and tax-related processing of consignments of import and export, as well as the control of declarations of customs and the processing of retrieval, redemption and refund procedures Correspondence with suppliers, customers, authorities and internal bodies as well as cooperation in ECC-IT projects as Deputy Process Owner

Completed commercial, business or legal training or comparable studies Professional experience in export control and customs, preferably in an international industrial company or regulated environment Very good knowledge of German and European export control law, ideally supplemented by US export control law, as well as practical experience in tariffing, origin of goods, preferences and import/export processing Experience in cooperation with authorities, customs service providers and internal interfaces as well as safe handling of SAP or comparable ERP/Trade Compliance systems Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods, interest in process and IT topics as well as good knowledge of German and English
