Value Engineer (m/f/d)

Your chance: As a value engineer (m/w/d), you play a key role in the economic optimization of our wind energy projects. In Value Engineering, you actively shape processes, identify savings potentials and ensure the efficient implementation of strategically important projects.

You work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate optimization potentials and ensure compliance with optimization goals and dates. You are responsible for the development and implementation of CapEx reduction measures and actively contribute to the economic optimization of our projects. You collect and analyze the Lessons Learned of the business unit and support the teams in integrating the knowledge gained. You carry out workshops on the economic optimization of wind farms and process improvement. You take the project implementation at the WEA decision and make a sound and economical choice. You develop tools for economic evaluation and use them.

Complete studies in economic, engineering or natural sciences or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in wind farm development or optimization of technical infrastructures Understanding the wind park development process and relevant interfaces Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, coupled with strong communication capability Negotiating and result-oriented appearance for successful project implementation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office and knowledge in cost accounting Travel readiness & driving licence Class B
