As Head of the Legal Department and Syndicus Prosecutor (m/w/d), you are responsible for all legal matters of the Bank and advise Executive Board, executives and departments on all legal issues. ♪

This is your responsibility: Strategic and organisational tasks You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Legal Department. You are responsible for the Bank's legal governance structures and the responsibility for budget, resource planning and external legal advisers You fill the reporting with the board, supervisory bodies and bodies Legal advice and operational activities You take on the further development of legal governance. The assessment of bank supervisory issues, in particular on KWG, MaRisk, CRR, BAIT, DORA, money laundering, compliance, WpHG are within your task. The early identification of regulatory developments and the derivation and implementation of appropriate measures are your responsibility. You control complex supervisory projects and the monitoring of audits by supervisory authorities and auditors. You will be working closely with compliance, risk management, revision and data protection. The comprehensive legal advice of the Executive Board and the departments is also in your field of activity.

You will convince us: Education: You are a full lawyer (m/w/d), if possible with predicate exams. Experience: You have already gained relevant professional experience in a financial sector company, a law firm focusing on business law or a supervisory authority. Interest: You have profound knowledge in and interest in: supervisory and regulatory law Banking and capital market law Commercial and corporate law

Ability: You can control the ability to understand complex legal issues without any problems. Entrepreneurship: You have an economic understanding and business. Communication: Design will and implementation strength and a very good communication skills complete your profile.
