Senior Technical Consultant – Cloud Security (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for a:n Technical Consultant with a focus on Akamai and Link11 Cloud:

As a central contact for Akamai and Link11, you advise both internally and with the customer and develop suitable solution designs From the first customer talk, technical conception and implementation to billing: You are active in every step You carry out implementations independently, present solutions convincingly and are regularly available to customers The technical responsibility for your projects lies with you – you coordinate with technology, (pre)sales and product management, even without a classic project manager role In close coordination with Link11 and Akamai, you develop joint customer solutions and build the partnerships strategically You actively contribute market impulses, technical know-how and customer feedback to product management and thus shape our further development With your know-how, you advance the internal knowledge transfer, develop your professional skills and establish yourself as a central entity for DDoS protection, CDN, WAF and Web Security in the company

Multiannual professional experience in technical customer consulting, ideally in the field of web security, CDN, WAF, DDoS protection or web infrastructure Experience with Akamai and Link11 technologies and solutions, ideally certified by appropriate certifications Good understanding of hosting environments, web servers, web applications and ideally basics in web development Safe appearance and the ability to convey complex technical relationships to target groups – both internally and externally Own-responsible, structured operation with high customer orientation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
