Our customer is a leading supplier of innovative and versatile packaging solutions. With a unique portfolio of cardboard packaging/bag-in-box solutions, this is used to bring food and beverage products to consumers worldwide. Our customer employs around 9,600 employees in over 100 countries.

They are responsible for reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and planning of production key figures as well as the work results. They create economic evaluations and ad-hoc analyses. They are contact persons and Sparring partners for the factory management and specialist departments. They work with and support cross-functional improvement projects. They carry out final activities in the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. They compile results for decision-making by Plant Management and interpret them and continuously develop reporting.

You have a completed business studies with a focus on controlling/finance (University, FH or BA) or a comparable training. They have very good German skills in word and writing as well as good English skills. They have experience and know-how in the fields of business relations and production processes, technical understanding, analytical thinking and combinability as well as conceptual skills. You have relevant professional experience in controlling and finance. You have expertise in controlling, lean management and change management. You have strong user knowledge in SAP as well as in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Further IT skills in SAP Data Analytics, QlikView, QlikSense and IBM Cognos (Controller, TM1) are desired.
