Description Projektassistenz (m/w/d) Our project management operates in the Datacenter area and contributes significantly to the smooth running of our customer projects. You coordinate material flows, keep dates in mind, organize shipping and storage processes and are interface between customers, technicians and internal departments. Overview of your tasks Material orders, delivery date tracking as well as receipt check Project-specific picking and organization of shipping & storage areas Support of the RMA process (returns) Support for project management in planning, coordination and execution of technical services Coordination of small to medium-sized orders Monitoring of project schedules and KPIs Interface to customers, technicians and subcontractors incl. Administrative tasks (e.g. applications for admission, QHSE topics) Creation, maintenance and provision of project and acceptance documents as well as technical dossiers Participation in meetings as well as support in the assessment, documentation and follow-up Care of all project documents in ES-Office Preparation of billing and control of hourly and material bookings Creating and managing service and maintenance orders Support for travel bookings and general administrative activities for the technical team

Qualifications Take this with you: Must-criteria Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman, merchant/wife for office management) or comparable qualification Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel English knowledge of Word and Writing Structured, analytical and independent operation Communication strength and service-oriented appearance Ideally, you will also bring Experience in project assistance, operational project processing or material/logistics processes Procurement, supplier management and goods management systems Secure handling of ERP systems (or readiness to incorporate) Understanding technical processes in the construction, service or safety engineering environment Experience in handling major projects or datacenter projects
