Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for central accounting processes and ensure a reliable, structured handling. There is a special focus on debitor accounting, complemented by further tasks in operational accounting. Debitor Management: You keep an eye on open items, payment inputs and the dungeoning and ensure professional tracking. Invoicing: You support the creation, testing and accounting of output invoices as well as ongoing accounting processes. Account tuning: You perform voting of debitor accounts and clarify differences independently and solution-oriented. Monthly and annual accounts: You participate in HGB's final work and support the team in the timely creation. Payment: You accompany the monitoring of payment transactions and support further tasks in the financial sector. Interface function: You work closely with internal departments and external partners. Process optimization: You bring ideas to the further development and digitization of financial processes and support their implementation.

You have a well-founded knowledge of accounting and work structured, precise and with a high level of quality. Training: completed commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting, accounting or finance. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in accounting (at least 2-3 years), preferably in the field of debitor accounting or financial accounting. ERP knowledge: Secure handling of common ERP systems or accounting software. Excel & MS Office: You work routined with Excel and the common office applications. Working: Structured, reliable and independent – you can also keep track of several parallel topics. Personality: You like to work in the team, think solution-oriented and bring your own initiative. Languages: German fluent; English skills are of advantage.
