As a machine operator, you are responsible for the smooth functioning of production machines and are crucial to product quality. With your expertise and attention, you can help the team achieve the production goals efficiently. This job offers you not only variety, but also the opportunity to further develop your skills.

• You serve and monitor production machines and ensure a smooth run.
• You carry out regular quality controls to ensure high standards.
• You are responsible for troubleshooting and minor maintenance work on the machines.
• You make sure that the necessary safety regulations are always complied with.
• You support the team in optimizing work processes.

We are looking for

To successfully launch as a machine operator, some basic requirements are important. You should not only bring technical talent, but also a proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility. With the following qualifications you are well suited:

• You bring at least B1 level in the German language to communicate safely.
• Ideally, you have first professional experience in machine operation – between 1 and 3 years.
• You have technical understanding and craftsmanship.
• You have the pleasure of working in the team and voting with colleagues.
• You are willing to work in layers and adjust yourself flexibly to working hours.
• You're doing precise and carefully, even under time pressure.
