Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) for the expansion of our station equivalent offers (StäB) Herten | Part-time, Full-time | Unlimited | at the earliest possible date In the LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund Westfalen, the LWL-Klinik Herten (Pflichtversorgungsgebiet: Kreis Recklinghausen) with locations in Herten, Dorsten and Haltern is a modern specialist clinic with over 3,400 recordings annually. The LWL-Klinik Herten has the supply order to operate 195 stationary beds, 115 stationary seats and 30 seats for station equivalent treatment (StäB). Since December 2011, the clinic has been certified according to the “vocational and family” audit. We also participate in regular external evaluations, including the quality management system of DIN EN ISO 9001.

The treatment focuses on depression, mother-child therapy in postpartal depression, dementia, personality disorders, psychoses, addiction disorders and psychosomatic disorders – both stationary and outpatient.

The aim of the station-equivalent offer (StäB) is to achieve a therapeutic success for the people who need intensive holistic psychiatric treatment, but cannot leave their home environment for various reasons. StäB as a future-oriented treatment alternative offers the advantage that the treatment is carried out in a usual environment on 7 days a week, so that everyday integration is maintained and family members can be included in the recovery process if necessary.
