Technical instructions for EMSR maintenance and support for tasks Priority and coordination of order processing in the area of responsibility Creation and monitoring of maintenance plans Detection of damage conditions, derivation and evaluation of repair variants and creation of demand reports Support for decisions on repair, replacement or refurbishment of spare parts in case of faulty assemblies or Parts of plant engineering and procurement of materials and equipment Control of compliance with deadline and resource requirements and information of the supervisor in case of deviations carry out complex repair and installation work after work order during operation (after release) as well as in the context of plant settings (e.g. disassembly of defective parts, assembly of spare parts, calibration of sensors, integration of new or modified components into the SPS) Implementation of contract orders as required Examination of the function of serviced or repaired plant parts, production of repair reports and acceptance of services of external service providers Documentation of repair and maintenance work, preparation of repair logs, documentation of plant changes and input of repair reports into repair ordering Implementation of booking processes (requirements, orders, receipts) Participation in the implementation of inventory, archiving and the implementation and coordination of tests of variable work and equipment Compliance with order and cleanliness in the workplace and in the entire plant Execution of additional work tasks in the context of the qualification and in the field of the system Participation and responsibility in the area of occupational safety, in particular ensuring and promoting a safe working environment for the staff members Participation in readiness

At least three years of completed technical vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. mechatronics, electronics for automation technology, industrial electrics), desirable with further training as master or technician or Completed relevant studies (e.g. electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics) Multiannual professional experience in EMSR Technik Experience found in the chemical industry or in the industrial plant environment Experience in leadership of employees Knowledge of PLC systems and automation technology Experience in planning and coordination of maintenance measures
