Menu Mobil Vogelsberg in Thuringia stands for fresh, regional ingredients, high quality standards and a reliable service in communal use. In order to support our dedicated team, we are looking for a motivated kitchen support (m/w/d) in part-time (30 hours/week).

Your tasks with us:

Are you a real foodie that has fun mixing in a vibrant and dynamic environment? Then you're right with us! We are looking for a motivated support for our team who wants to join in preparing and preparing our delicious food for clear instructions. Here you can bring your first gastronomy experiences and, together with us, ensure satisfied faces!

• Work with the preparation and preparation of the food: you support our kitchen team in preparation, make sure everything goes according to our recipes and the dishes look perfect and taste.
• Picking meals: For our mobile lunch service as well as for various facilities, you can assemble meals – quickly, reliably and exactly according to plan.
• Compliance with recipes and portioning: You make sure that every portion is exactly right – both in quantity and in the presentation – so that our guests always get the best.
• Quality control: You check the incoming goods for freshness, quantity and quality, so that only the best ingredients can get into our kitchen.
• Hygiene and safety: You adhere to all HACCP hygiene and safety regulations so that our kitchen remains clean and safe.
• Cleaning and order: After your work you bring everything back to the forefront – work surfaces, equipment and your environment – so that everything shines and is ready for the next deployment.
• You have creative ideas? Then bring her in! Together we develop our monthly menu and provide varied menus.
• Representation in the output service: If necessary, you can also support in the output area, serve our guests friendly and care for a smooth process.

Ideally you have first experiences in the kitchen or in the gastronomy area. Above all, we need your willingness to learn new things and to actively introduce you to everyday kitchens.

You should be reliable, work carefully and have an eye for cleanliness and order. Team skills and friendliness in dealing with colleagues and guests are just as natural for us as flexibility and sense of responsibility.
