You support the further development of large language models (Large Language Models) to multi-modal models that include audio and vision, as well as Any-to-Any models such as Vision2Text, Text2Text and Audio2Audio. The research, production and processing of high-quality multi-modal datasets are your tasks. You create and manage data, training and evaluation pipelines in the cloud. The fine tuning of existing base models, such as Qwen and Llama, on multi-modal and capability-specific data, such as RAG, tool calling and agentic behavior, is in your area of responsibility. In an agile product development team, you work with experienced developers from different disciplines.

How do you fit into our team? You bring comprehensive knowledge of software development with Python and the training of deep learning/machine learning models. Understanding how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and how they are trained is one of your strengths. You have already gained first practical experience in creating data sets, including data processing, filtering and augmentation. Experience with cloud development, especially with databricks and Azure, is a plus. Knowledge of the fine tuning of Large Language Models or the development of Large Language Models applications is also advantageous.
