Multiannual professional experience as a real estate agent (m/w/d) required, ideally in the field of investment real estate Interest in the independent development of customer relationships Embossed negotiation skills and passionate customer orientation Good knowledge of the local/regional real estate market desirable High level of readiness, endurance and targeting Good feeling in dealing with a variety of conversation partners (m/w/d) Flexibility and joy in handling modern, digital transaction tools Target-oriented action and high self-motivation Travel readiness only for the region Rheinland (Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf) KFZ Guide certificate class B necessary Very good mastery of the German language required
