Junior Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Close cooperation with development, production and process managers for the implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes. Analysis of process and quality data for identifying weaknesses and deriving sustainable improvements (e.g. CVP, Six Sigma). Participation in the development of new methods and in the adaptation of machines, tools and test equipment. Creation of feasibility studies and technical evaluations in interdisciplinary cooperation (including supply chain, controlling, development, sales). Assessment of technical specifications, processes and cost-effectiveness in the context of supply and project phases. Market monitoring of technological trends and knowledge transfer support. Structured documentation according to common standards (e.g. APQP+, test run logs).

Completed studies (Bachelor of Engineering) in mechanical engineering, plastics/rubber technology or comparable – alternative technical qualification with relevant practical experience. First to multi-year professional experience (approximately 1–3 years) in the industrial environment, ideally in series production or injection moulding. Experience in project management and process and quality methods (e.g. APQP+, KVP, Six Sigma). Good knowledge of English for international cooperation. Analytical, structured working and pleasure in interdisciplinary teamwork. Excellent quality, safety and cost awareness.
