Engineer / technician for process optimization and projects (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our production team in Rheinmünster, we are looking for an engineer / technician for process optimization and projects (m/w/d) at the next time

Optimization of existing and development of new production processes in compliance with all financial aspects Conduct and preparation of certain tests as well as support for production plants in carrying out trials Implementation of production monitoring and production and documentation of process and production data e.g. by driving protocol as well as further recordings (layer report, protocols, etc.) Support in the analysis and troubleshooting of process optimizations and problems in quality aspects Close cooperation with the Technology Center in Europe and the production team and laboratories Initiate the continuous improvement process of production and motivate employees accordingly, e.g. to identify optimization potentials in production, to derive corrective measures if necessary and to work on the factory management for information / decision template Predictive work planning and cost-conscious handling of materials Implementation of various projects and investment projects Representation of Team Leader Online & Offline Maintenance of time recording Product Database Management

Fachhochschul- or University degree in an engineering science or another scientific-technical discipline, preferably process engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or chemical engineering or technicians with corresponding professional experience First professional experience in a comparable position Analytical skills High sensitivity to work and process safety Self-employed and structured work Flowing German and English skills, other languages of advantage Hands-on mentality
