For over 55 years, the family-run company has been supporting small and medium-sized companies in digitizing their HR processes. With innovative solutions and individual support, our client helps its customers manage their processes digitally and efficiently.

In the course of an age succession, we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) / Consultant (m/w/d) with the focus on time economy in an indefinite direct job. Their challenge in this position is to map all processes of digital time management and implement standardized processes in the customer company. You can look forward to a varied task in a collegial environment with holistic responsibility and many freedoms.

Responsible management and implementation of software implementation projects in the field of time management Analysis and optimization of time management processes for medium-sized companies Coordination between customers, developers and internal teams for seamless software integration Training and workshops for customers (online or on site) Sustainable customer support and continuous process improvement Accompanying change management processes for successful software implementation

Study or training with an IT or economic focus (e.g. computer science, business informatics, BWL with IT focus) or comparable qualification Experience in IT project management Technical understanding of software solutions and their implementation Communication strength, fun at customer contact and safe occurrence Own-sponsored and structured operation readiness to travel from 5 to 10 % within Germany
