We are looking for you for our location in Stuttgart on September 1, 2026.

You analyze data from different sources and help to derive sound decisions for internal processes and digital products. You learn how processes are captured, evaluated and optimized by digital solutions, focusing on healthcare applications. You work with modern tools and technologies for data processing, process modeling and automation. You deal with artificial intelligence (AI) and learn how it can be used for analysis, decision-making and process improvement. Experienced trainers accompany you, who help you professionally during your training and support you in your personal development. The theoretical contents of your training are taught in block lessons at the it.schule Stuttgart.

You have already successfully completed the middle maturity, the Abitur or the Fachhochschulreife or will soon acquire your degree. You also have German knowledge at least at level C1. You may have gained first experience with programming languages for technical relationships. You learn quickly, think networked and find yourself easily in new topics and complex relationships. You like to think, bring in your own ideas and enjoy new impulses that are also important for your work environment. You want to understand how business processes, especially in healthcare, work and how to improve them.
