Your future tasks: You support our employer branding projects and campaigns – with a special focus on the content of HR topics in text and image You are researching independently relevant and exciting topics around HR, the world of work and corporate culture and prepare them for target groups – both for internal and selected external channels You write and edit texts for different formats, such as Intranet, Newsletter, website or social media You create attractive graphics, communication materials and presentations (PowerPoint)

You are in a study of communication, marketing, BWL, journalism, media design or a comparable course of study You have a passion for writing and a strong sense of language, tonality and targeted communication You are strong in communication, are happy to work with different stakeholders and are happy to prepare complex content in a comprehensible way You bring creativity with you and have an eye for the visual support of content You are safe in handling MS Office (in particular PowerPoint) and SharePoint and ideally have first experiences with graphics tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe) or are motivated to work quickly
