Type of employment: Full time

You welcome our individual guests as well as groups at check-in and say goodbye professionally at check-out.

You serve our guests service-oriented and always have an open ear for their wishes.

You create invoices and ensure a smooth process.

You accept reservations, create offers and ship reservation confirmations.

You prepare reports and statistics and keep an overview of key indicators.

You bear responsibility for the cashier and carefully deal with bills.

You have first professional experience and/or bring a great passion for the hotel industry.

You are an open minded personality and are happy to work in a dynamic environment with varied tasks.

You are characterized by commitment, helpfulness and joy in providing our guests an unforgettable stay.

You like to work in the team and get active.

You ideally have knowledge of a reservation system (e.g. Opera Cloud).

You speak very well German, further language skills are of advantage.
