Development and support of the SAP module HCM (PA, OM, PT) Close cooperation with the specialist department and external SAP consultants Illustration of technical requirements from technical concept development to implementation in the SAP system Coordination of topics in coordination with steakholders and partners Error analysis and troubleshooting Supporting the interfaces to internal and external institutions Development of solutions and optimization proposals Cooperation in the SAP S/4HANA project and other digitalization projects

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of SAP HCM Multiannual experience in the support of the SAP module HCM (including customizing as well as schemes and regulations) Good knowledge of public service personnel processes Basic knowledge ABAP desirable Conceptual strength and high communication skills Experience in project management is advantageous Excellent German and good English skills
