Our portfolio in the engineering and turnkey construction business includes, among other things, the raw construction of industrial and residential buildings, municipal and commercial buildings, bridges and the turnkey creation of buildings of all kinds, as well as renovation, sealing and casting works on transport structures and the renewal and renovation of industrial plants, car parks or commercial buildings.

Your duties

• You are the first contact person (m/w/d) for guests, customers and visitors and are responsible for the entire reception area
• You edit the input and output mail as well as the digital storage
• You are responsible for administrative tasks in the field of office organization and edit partial tasks within the onboarding process
• You take over the preparation of meetings (organization of meeting rooms, hosting of guests etc.)
• They support the department secretariat at the Hamburg location

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/w/d) or experience in the area of hotel / gastronomy
• Comprehensive knowledge in MS Office
• Communication strength, friendly appearance and strong customer orientation
• Organizational talent, operational readiness and reliability
