Team Leader Mechatronics Development (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplined leadership of a development team in the field of mechatronic systems and are responsible for the successful implementation of technical development projects. You control the project and resource plan and provide a clear implementation logic between development, testing, quality, purchasing and production. You analyze customer requirements, derive robust solution concepts and represent the technical orientation towards internal and external stakeholders. You coordinate internal and external development partners, conduct feasibility analyses and ensure the technical decision quality. You are responsible for the implementation of prototypes up to series release – including validation, testing, documentation and Lessons Learned. You further develop standards, methods and structures in development and project operations (e.g. review logic, documentation standard, risk management) and drive innovation in a targeted manner.

You have completed their studies in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable subject. You bring well-founded experience in the development of mechatronic assemblies and systems and have already carried out technical projects independently. You possess detectable leadership experience – disciplinary or professional. You are safe in handling CAD (e.g. SolidWorks) and ideally with system simulation tools (e.g. FEM/CFD) as well as common development/project methods. Their work is structured, solution-oriented and characterized by clarity in communication and decisions. You communicate safely in German and English, in writing as oral.
