Become part of our team! We are looking for you Account Manager (m/w/d)

You take over the processing and voting of financing requests, focusing on corporate and commercial customers. In addition, analyze the economic conditions of our borrowers and make informed decisions on this basis. The examination, processing and evaluation of credit collateral is also part of your responsibility. In addition, you are available to our agencies and colleagues as professional support and thus contribute to smooth cooperation. For our customers, you are a competent and reliable contact person who offers individual solutions and advice.

You have a completed training to/from the bank clerk or a comparable training. Multiannual professional experience in real estate financing for corporate and commercial customers will enable you to safely process complex cases. Ideally, you also have extensive knowledge of the loan value determination in order to be able to estimate real estate values realistically and market-oriented. As a team player:in with pronounced service awareness, you work solution-oriented, communicate clearly and actively contribute to a positive relationship. Decision strength and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile.

Homeoffice: You have the choice of different home office models, depending on the location and arrangement with your manager. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment you get a unique home office tray of 800 € brutto.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. Of course, any overtime that has been completed is paid out or alternatively can be celebrated.
