As a central interface between law, compliance and operational business, you design secure and pragmatic processes. You recognize regulatory requirements early on, translate them into implementable solutions and strengthen governance and decision-making quality. With your attention to risks and opportunities, you are actively contributing to sustainable growth in an international environment.

Your tasks Own-responsible development, management and monitoring of company-wide compliance issues (especially data protection, money laundering, clerk protection, corruption prevention, IKS, competitions, customs interface) Creation, implementation and maintenance of internal guidelines on relevant compliance issues Corporate legal support of the group of companies, including preparation of company decisions, coordination of international law firms and maintenance and documentation of company law documents Complete contract management from examination and support in the design to the creation of legal documents – also in English Advising internal departments or subsidiaries on specific legal issues Development, implementation and optimization of internal processes in the legal department and in close coordination with relevant interfaces of the specialist departments Support and maintenance of legal department software Support of the Syndicus Prosecutor for tasks

completed studies of law with both state examina; Advantage of attorney Mind. 3 years of professional experience in the legal or compliance department of an internationally active company or in an economic law-oriented firm A structured and solution-oriented way of thinking Good ability to network in the company and act as a contact person and problem solver Communication strength, negotiation skills and a sovereign occurrence Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
