Projektleiter (m/d)

for our branch Westfalen in Dillenburg.

Conception of buildings (e.g. bridges, tunnels) in projects, such as noise protection walls, support walls, field bridges and multi-field bridges of the design engineering construction with particularly high technical requirements structural design with static cover, possibly Coordination of engineering offices (HOAI performance phases 1-5) Creation of new and/or conservation drafts, in particular bridge reinforcements, possibly Coordination of engineering offices (HOAI performance phases 1-3) Creation of tender documents and evaluations of the tenders received within the framework of new construction, development and conservation measures Construction monitoring and contract processing in construction projects, time and cost control as well as the monitoring of construction contract-based services

Graduate degree as a civil engineer (w/m/d) with a focus on constructive engineering or comparable qualification Expertise in the project-related planning of HOAI in the performance phases 1-9 and the relevant technical regulations of the constructive engineering construction Expertise in procurement law, BIM and waste management and EBV (Corporate Management Law) Professional experience in engineering or construction Skills and knowledge in specialist data processing German language skills

The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the tariff classification rules of the TV car. The recognition of the level of remuneration is determined according to the individual working experience.
