Senior Front Office Supervisor for the REVERB by Hard Rock Hotel Hamburg

You are the first contact person for our national and international guests and will arrange a smooth run on the front office together with the team. You support the Front Office management in the operational day-to-day business and take responsibility during your shifts.

You are flexible where support is needed – whether at reception, at reservations or in cooperation with other departments.

You process inquiries, requests and complaints professionally – personally, by phone or email.

You co-ordinate and support the team in the day-to-day process and stand as a partner:into the side.

You participate in the service and deployment planning and assist in organizing efficient personnel deployment.

You work closely with reservations, housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.

You take the acceptance and processing of reservations as well as the care and updating of guest data.

With your view for quality and service, you will ensure that our guests feel at best at all times and stay in a special memory.

In this position you rock the day and night service.

You have a completed vocational training in the hotel industry or tourism industry Cross-comers with corresponding professional experience are also welcome! Experience with a PMS system You are the host of passion and have joy in contact with guests Your appearance is sovereign and warm, your way of working is structured and promotional You are a reliable team player You bring fluent German and English knowledge into word and writing If you are not an EU citizen*in, you need a valid residence permit including work permit
