Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

We are an anthro­poso­phic hospital and an academic teaching hospital of the Charité with 400 beds. In 14 specialist areas, we offer our patients a holistic supply that combines medical diagnostics and therapy with a variety of approaches to anthro­poso­phic medicine. Our house has four certified cancer centres – breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer and oncological centre.

We are now looking for support in the administration in Spandau / Kladow FINANCIAL CONTENTS (M/W/D) in full time (40 hours / week).

As a Financial Accountant (m/w/d), you are part of our team and are responsible for the entire accounting of the Community Hospital Havelhöhe gGmbH: Independent processing of all accounting tasks including master data maintenance. Complete receipt of invoice up to the payment order. Preparation of initial invoices for deliveries and services to external companies and monitoring of open claims. settlement of payment transactions including daily bank accounts. Coordination of OP-led property accounts with other areas. Responsible for plant accounting, completion and evidence of use as well as contact persons for the Senate. Monitoring the financial implementation of construction measures, including funding requirements and proof of use. Completion of the annual accounts and contact person:in for audit companies and authorities.

Qualification and experience: Complete business studies with a focus on finance or commercial training with additional qualification Account Holder; multi-year accounting experience in healthcare Legal knowledge: Funded knowledge in the balance sheet and funding sector as well as asset accounting Technical competence: Secure handling of MS-Office, ideally knowledge of diamond software Personal characteristics: High level of loyalty, integrity, reliability, initiative and reliability. Team and communication skills: Representative team orientation and very good communication skills.
