You enter various IT products and programming languages You manage the development and runtime environments in the unit You operate and support the Lifecycle Management for products and programming languages of the Unit You work closely with other areas of expertise and development You coordinate, check and monitor compliance with the requirements of architecture management for products and programming languages of your own responsibility You create and configure the required software distribution packages You will perform support tasks for these products You support building an internal knowledge management You work with other processes and role owners in the ITSM environment You'll start reports, presentations or training documents

You have a degree in the field of information technology or in a degree course with IT reference. If you haven't attended a university, you should still read on. Further necessary conditions You have advanced knowledge and/or professional experience in the support of IT products and software package/configuration You have basic knowledge in 2nd and 3rd level support You have advanced Windows and Linux skills In addition to the professional know-how, you have very good German knowledge in word and writing.
