Crewing Manager (all gender) with a focus on Medical | Manager Operational Planning & Operational Support Medical Flight Personnel

Responsibility for the deployment planning and disposition of medical personnel on board the Mein Schiff fleet Ensuring optimal occupation and operation control in close coordination with the Personal Division See Ad-hoc management for failures and short-term changes – including coordination of replacement staff and shift adjustments Participation in personnel selection and development (e.g. feedback talks, promotions, assessments) Cooperation with the HR department to recruit and recruit medical personnel Project responsibility for various initiatives to improve the current processes and to focus the operation on growth Creation, maintenance and development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in English

completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in the planning and supervision of sea personnel; medical training or affinity to the medical area is advantageous Impressed communication skills, empathy and enthusiasm in dealing with people High IT affinity and interest in going new ways and modernising and digitizing processes Very good English skills in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with planning or crewing systems desirable
