What you expect: Technical leadership and team responsibility: team support in achieving common goals, individual promotion of strengths and competencies, contact person:in case of overarching questions Process Control and Optimization: Ensuring efficient workflows together with the team, continuous review and documentation of internal and cross-border processes, implementing standardized staff processes and monitoring of continuous improvement measures Regulatorics, IT Security and Data Quality: Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and regulatory requirements, implementing secure IT operating concepts and promoting data quality in the associated applications Stakeholder and Customer Management: Supporting internal customers on operational and organisational issues with compliance with standards, cost and quality requirements as well as constructive representation of the department in bodies, projects and associations Project and Application Management: Head of internal projects and subprojects in coordination with the team, cooperation in external projects and further development of the associated applications This will make you fit into the team: Qualification: Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable degree

Experiences: Multiannual experience in leadership and team management Multiannual experience in process management, organization or IT project management Safe handling of regulatory requirements and internal control systems Knowledge of OSPlus and PPS_neo
