Complete study in the technical field with a focus on process engineering/surface engineering or further training as a technician with multi-year professional experience or comparable Influential professional experience in powder coating in a disciplinary management function Expertise in pretreatment, powder systems, drying and curing processes as well as color management Knowledge of electrostatic application techniques as well as solvent-based and water-based paints Good knowledge of lean management Qualification / experience in occupational safety / occupational safety Routinized handling of SAP and project management tools as well as MS Office Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed leadership skills with enforcement capability and communication skills Analytical thinking and outcome-oriented action Structured and independent work Above-average readiness High level of team capacity with corresponding communication
