Individual advice on property insurance: You are looking at customers (m/w/d) with questions about household, residential, legal and animal health insurance and find suitable solutions with your expertise Service-oriented processing of requests: You quickly, clearly and efficiently process new contracts, changes in contracts and queries – for high customer satisfaction and commitment Creation of customised offers: you analyze customer needs and create convincing insurance offers – transparent and comprehensible Responsibility for data & decisions: You carefully review customer data, meet informed decisions and identify potential for improvement in processes With digital customer service design: Together with the team, you develop new digital consulting services – from tool optimization to customer feedback

You have a successfully completed training as an insurance businessman / insurance businesswoman (m/w/d), IHK-audited insurance businessman / insurance businesswoman (m/w/d) or banking businessman / banking businessman (m/w/d) You have practical experience in insurance consulting, customer service or insurance sales, and you know what personal and digital customer communication is about With your customer-focused way of working, your communication strength and your commitment, you contribute to ensuring that our customers are optimally cared for – fast, reliable and professional You like to work in the team, bring reliability, sense of responsibility and a systematic approach – whether in customer support or in project-related tasks Written and orally, you can convince with very good German skills (min.
