To support our team in the Department of Environmental Planning, we are looking for you as an engineer for landscape planning (w/m/d).

Your tasks include:

• the award and development of landscape-career execution plans for nature conservation measures
• Editing natural-law permits and exemptions
• Accompanying water planning authorisation procedures
• support and coordination and the award of engineering and construction services; Technical examination of the engineering and construction services provided by external service providers as well as the acceptance and settlement of the services

You should bring this with you:

• Bachelor (m/w/d) Graduate engineer (FH or comparable qualifications) in the field of landscape care or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability
• Good knowledge of nature conservation and environmental law
• Knowledge of the fees for architects and engineers (HOAI)
• Knowledge of the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB)
• Very good German language skills in word and writing (min. level C1 by GeR/CEFR)
• Class B driving licence and the willingness to run a service car

That would be desirable:

knowledge of the guidelines and regulations to be followed and applied:

• Planning: FStrG, AKVS, ZTV ZEB-StB
• Transport: RSA; StVO, ASR 5.2, ZTV-SA, VVB-T
• Award: HVA B-StB, HVA L-StB, HVA F StB, AVB F-StB, GWB, VGV, UVgO, ZVB, BVB
• Landscaping: ZTV La-StB, ELA, Technical standards Landscaping DIN 18915 to DIN 18920
• Nature protection: BNatSchG, BKompV, UVPG

Group of charges: up to E12

The remuneration is up to the above mentioned remuneration group according to the tariff classification regulations of the TV car. The recognition of the level of remuneration is determined according to the individual working experience.
