Takeover of process design and responsibility in the field of value printing and further processing, as well as overall responsibility in the procurement/modernisation of printing machines, the production of specifications and the implementation of market research Management/coordination of complex and overarching projects taking into account cost, time and quality requirements (e.g. cost reduction, efficiency improvement and committee optimization) Definition of optimal processes (e.g. print series) to increase the efficiency and definition and further development of process and organizational processes and processes using SPC methods (Statistical Process Control) Increase the availability of printing machines by implementing sustainable technical improvements Analysis of disturbances/deviations in the production process and definition/implementation of appropriate countermeasures

Successfully completed master or technician training or completed engineering studies in the direction of printing/media technology or screen printing Experience in project management Knowledge found in paper production, in various printing techniques and in materials engineering Knowledge of technological processes in printing plants with corresponding overall process understanding Professional know-how in quality management, e.g. 5 Why or 8 D Methodical, independent and structured working methods Communication and presentation skills and willingness to team work
