Your tasks

Pedagogical assistance: Our residents need individually adapted assistance, so you can offer them professional educational support in the form of guidance, advice and takeover. They also provide assistance in basic care and are in use in shift services with early and late services and night readiness for residents around the clock.

Relationship: They support, support and promote people with mental and/or multiple disabilities – your activity will support the individual's strengths individually and specifically.

**They help with life-structural activities and the professional development of individual objectives of the inhabitants according to their participation planning.

Responsibility: Your organizational talent is in demand, because participation, documentation and creation of development reports are also part of your tasks.

Your profile

Qualifications: You have completed vocational training as an educator, curative nursein, curative teacherin, nursing (m/w/d) or comparable qualification.

Stoping: You reflect your own actions and value your educational development. Self-employed work gives you pleasure. We are also looking forward to your suggestions to develop our facility.

Required: They are owned by a class B licence.
