Our goal is to further develop the recruiting processes at Bosch worldwide. As a central department, we are responsible for global processes and standards in recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, where we work internationally with a wide range of countries and are in regular exchange with international locations. During your internship, you will help us to create uniform requirements and guidelines that apply to all Bosch locations worldwide, as well as to local communication and application of these in Germany. You support us in researching current trends and in creating benchmarks such as Artificial Intelligence. In addition, you work in subprojects such as in the rollout of modern recruiting tools. You support us in preparing workshops, trainings or presentations. You will also be responsible for both smaller administrative tasks and small projects. You work both strategically and operatively in a varied working atmosphere. Depending on your interest and knowledge, you can also participate in other areas such as talent attraction, reporting & controlling and onboarding.

Education: studies in the field of BWL, psychology, social sciences or comparable Experiences and know-how: safe handling of MS Office; first experience in recruiting context of advantage Personality and work: You can easily work in a team, create appealing content and implement tasks in a structured and targeted manner; you bring your own ideas, work out problem solutions independently and carry out tasks that are transferred carefully, while you always keep track of the various topics Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
