Planning of construction and design and control of the construction process in construction and engineering Performance recording of all non-contractual services, such as mass changes in work costing, services from additional orders, services from project errors or Deviations in the execution plan Working division for own and foreign construction site personnel Leading records to pay workers: inside the construction site Use of terrain shots, surveying work, cuts and the like Support of the building management in cooperation with the client and in public authorities Participation in meetings with the construction management and subcontractors to ensure the timely construction process Leading the building journal in agreement with the responsible building management Timely determination of the material requirement, material procurement, monitoring and disposition of material and return deliveries in agreement with the construction line Implementation of occupational safety and health measures

A completed professional and technical vocational training and/or further training for the:r tested polisher:in (m/w/d) with a master letter or:r Werkpolier:in (m/w/d) Professional experience in a similar position driving licence class B Good computer skills (MS Office) Team skills, enforcement skills and a dedicated and independent way of working complete your profile
