We offer an intrinsic solution for each pressure air requirement. As part of a strategic succession, we are looking for a head of Purchasing (m/w/d) at the Güglingen site. As Head of Purchasing (m/w/d), you take over the management as well as the responsibility of operating and strategic purchasing at RENNER Kompressoren.

Management and responsibility of operational and strategic purchasing Discipline and professional leadership as well as further development of employees of the department Purchasing Identification and selection of suppliers and contract and price negotiations Ensuring the timely availability and optimisation of stocks Implementation and further development of targeted purchasing processes for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement Close cooperation with adjacent interface functions to meet the requirements of materials and services

Successfully completed economic studies or commercial training Team-oriented and authentic leaders with clear communication and enforcement strength, hands-on mentality and high target and solution orientation Structured and organised mode of operation with high problem-solving capacity Analytical and strategic thinking negotiating skills as well as communication strength, coupled with enforcement capability Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
