Planning, organisation and coordination of truck transports incl. Loading space and cargo search, time booking and monitoring via various portals. Establishment and maintenance of business and customer contacts as well as coordination on operational issues. Calculation of transport costs, creation of offers and commissioning of freight. Customs handling, including inspection of consignment collection, production and processing of customs papers, as well as on-site maintenance of all customs activities. Ensuring smooth transportation through close cooperation with partners, entrepreneurs and customers.

A completed commercial training with a focus on forwarding and logistics. Ideally multi-year professional experience in export and customs processing. Safe handling of MS Office and common IT applications. Good English skills in word and writing, other foreign language skills are of advantage. Self-employed, structured and reliable working with a high sense of responsibility.
