Foundry worker (m/w/d)

Оccupation: Helper - metal production, foundry

Your tasks:

• Production of mould and core parts by hand or machine forming

• Set up and operate casting machines and core shooting systems

• Casting of metal melts in sand moulds or permanent moulds

• Monitoring the casting process and control of melting temperature

• Removal, aftertreatment and quality control of castings

• Maintenance and maintenance of machinery and tools used

• compliance with safety and environmental regulations in foundry

Your profile:

• Complete training for foundry workers, foundry technicians or comparable

• Professional experience in hand mould casting or machine mould casting

• Good knowledge of metallurgical processes and materials

• Technical understanding, craftsmanship and quality awareness

• Ready for shiftwork and physical loadability

• Reliability, teamability and careful operation
