Business lawyer / fully qualified lawyer with a focus on contract law Ideally with initial practical experience in business (m/f/d)

Management of contracting Review, approval and management of customer/supplier and service contracts Review of external NDAs and, where appropriate, coordination with customers or suppliers Negotiation and management of all contracts in the facility sector including the related contracts (e.g. energy), including management support in the facility sector Coordination and cooperation with specialist departments of the Antalis Group and external parties on legal aspects of ESG topics, customer and supplier insolvencies, copyright and commercial/civil law Legal support of Austrian business units in relation to business contracts/documents (NDA, Framework Agreement, CoC)

Completed studies (Jura, Economic Law) Ideally practice experience in the economy, like in the trade, services or industry sectors Very good analytical skills and rapid understanding as well as independent, structured and efficient operation Sovereignty in dealing with multiple stakeholders and different hierarchical levels Embossed team skills, hands-on mentality and good communication and presentation skills German and English knowledge in word and writing
