As an IT service provider of the hagebau Group, hagebau IT GmbH, based in Soltau in Lower Saxony, offers comprehensive service for the smooth running of all IT tasks. For this purpose, hagebau IT provides the systems and services that the around 350 shareholders of the hagebau cooperation and about 1,500 employees of the hagebau group need to implement their everyday and core business within the hagebau, as well as in the construction market and in the building materials industry. These include an industry-specific ERP solution and the Hagebau's own data center for the systems of more than 1,500 hagebau locations in Germany and Europe. Strategic and operational procurement of IT-Bedarf (hard and software) Negotiation, examination and conclusion of supplier contracts Coordination, disposition and handling of orders incl. Ensuring compliance with appointments Implementation of invoice checks, clarification of invoice differences and processing of complaints Coordination and communication with suppliers and internal interfaces Consulting internal users with regard to IT workstation equipment Market analysis and identification of savings potentials to optimize our procurement strategy Ensuring complete documentation of purchase processes and contractual contents

Successfully completed commercial training in an industrial or Commercial or comparable degree Multiannual experience in IT purchasing and in-depth expertise in hardware and software Safe handling of popular MS Office products, especially Excel and Word Security of negotiation and experience in auditing and designing the contract Structured and self-sponsored working and strong willingness to use Communication and organizational strength Analytical thinking and ability to identify optimization potentials
