HR Coordinator Payroll (m/f/d)

Processing of personal administrative processes (entrances, transfers, contracts, etc.) Examination of the proper social insurance and pay tax Implementation of monthly wage and salary bills in cooperation with the Payroll provider Maintenance of digital personal data and time recording Management of accounting data and financial accounting interface Compilation of reports, statistics and provisions (KPI, HR codes) Contact person for internal and external bodies (e.g. employees, managers, health insurance companies, authorities, auditors) Processing of occupational health issues, employee IDs and accidents at work

Closed commercial vocational training and further training in the personnel sector Knowledge of wage and pay accounting and social insurance Personnel and legal experience, ideally in the industrial environment Safe handling of MS Office and experience with accounting and time management systems (e.g. Navision, LOGA) Good knowledge of English in word and writing Structured, reliable and team-oriented work
